Educational Programs

The Empire Arts Center offers a diverse array of educational programs aimed at fostering creativity and skills in the arts. This summer, join us for our highlight event, the Moviemaking Camp for Teens. This two-week intensive camp guides participants aged 12 to 18 through the entire filmmaking process, from brainstorming and writing to filming and editing. Participants will have the opportunity to work with external actors, enhancing their experience. The program culminates in a red-carpet premiere of the short films created by the students, showcased at the Empire Arts Center's auditorium. This event not only celebrates the students' hard work but also engages the community in supporting local youth and the arts.
