Children & Families First provides school-based therapeutic programs for children aged 5-18 who have experienced stressful and traumatic events. These programs, proven by research, significantly reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress and depression in participating children. By offering these services within the school environment, barriers such as transportation, scheduling conflicts, and mental health stigma are effectively addressed.
