At the Arizona Institute for Autism, we recognize and appreciate the dedication and sacrifices made by parents and families in supporting their children. Understanding the emotional and physical toll this journey can take, our Parent & Family Support program aims to empower families with the knowledge and tools to navigate the complex healthcare and special education systems with confidence. Through a combination of phone consultations, in-person appointments, group events, and specialized training, our experienced staff offers invaluable guidance, and accurate information, and connects families with essential community resources. Designed to enhance the stability of family life, this program teaches evidence-based methods for addressing behavioral challenges, whether in our clinic or within the local community. Our Behavioral Analysts work closely with parents, providing support, insights, and effective communication strategies to alleviate daily stressors for both the family and their child.
