The Monroeville Park and Recreation Department is dedicated to providing quality parks, recreational activities and facilities for our citizens.
The departments employees strive to enhance maintain and protect the Citys parks so the citizens of Monroeville will have a safe, family friendly environment whenever they visit one of the many recreational facilities.
The City has approximately 125 acres of designated municipal parks. The City owns three community parks: Whitey Lee Park, Clausell Park and the Veterans Memorial Ballpark.
As of December 1, 2018 the YMCA will handle the management of the city's parks and pools.
