Integrated Project Delivery

In the integrated project delivery method, an owner, engineer, and builder/construction manager collaborate to create a plan to reinforce project goals. Targeted aspects include shared risk and reward, one multi-party contract, and building information modeling. This aligns each team member’s interests to common goals and is a great strategy for large, more complex projects that require multiple party input.
