Hancock Youth Leadership

The Hancock Youth Leadership Program, facilitated by the Findlay Hancock County Chamber of Commerce since 1999, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in Findlay and Hancock County. This esteemed program selects a group of high school students annually, providing them with practical experiences to enhance their leadership and communication skills. Participants engage in various activities, including an all-day retreat and sessions on diverse topics such as city infrastructure, agriculture, arts, health, diversity, and economic development, culminating in a public speaking event and graduation. The program aims to foster committed, civic-minded leaders who will positively impact their communities.
