The Office of Risk Management & Insurance at the University of North Dakota is dedicated to safeguarding the university's assets, encompassing both human and physical resources. This office is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and addressing various risks to ensure the university's continuity and safety. It manages property and liability losses, conducts loss control measures, and enforces risk management policies. Additionally, it collaborates closely with the Office of Safety and the Office of Emergency Management to lead the University Loss Control Committee, supervise the Enterprise Risk Management Committee, and handle the review of Event Approval Forms.
